Title: Tracker program or something else?

Is this a tracker set up with a few monitors running or something else?

If your going to watch this 1 minute film you'll need to jump in Acem5 tempest and switch to recorded views to understand my question.

With out even watching the film: There is a basic misconception in your message. Recorded views are always YOUR recorded views. Your enemy views are not shown in any films made by you. You can't see what anybody else did see.
