I ask again for something I brought up in the past.

Can these clinics be recorded by the trainer? All of them are held at unfriendly Euro-time, it would be great to have the faculty of learning without losing sleep.

After all, podcasting is not a new... why can't we have it? :)

Sure. I can even make an mp3 of just the audio if you'd like.
Another option is to do them at a Euro-friendly time. We can do that. You can even request a specific topic. Gather some interested participants, and we'll put one together.
You'll find us to be very accommodating.  ;)

I'd like to second Gianlupo's request, please.

P.S. Just saw your post.  Would it be possible for you to post a .ahf film on these forums?  That would be an excellent training aid IMO.

Im UK based so I would also be very interested in films/recordings of these training sessions.

I too would like to have film of this and other trainings. I think this is an excellent idea. But if you ever have any trainings during daylight hours I would appreciate that too. I only work a few days a week (long days though), so I reserve my most of my evenings for family and do most of my playing during the day.

Trainers thanks for your time.

Rolex, I use this program to record things from time to time. Not sure it will work for what is being asked for but can't hurt to toss it out there.

Well, it seems people would like to have a tape of lessons! ;) I think it's the best you trainers can do, even better than Euro-friendly clinics: while finding a good time frame for the latter would be difficult and would end up disappointing, invariably, some of us, a podcast like system would allow anyone to watch the clinic whenever and how many times he/she wants (you can even publish them on the trainers site, would be a great thing to do, a sort of video encyclopedia of Aerial warfare!).

So, what about starting with the Level bombing clinic? ;)

I personally think that an Aces High Film Viewer .ahf recording would be particularly useful, even to those who attend the clinic, as it would allow you to see what's happening from different perspectives, which you couldn't do with any other type of recording.

Of course, when I proposed the idea of recording, I was thinking about recording the clinic in .ahf format. Any other file type wouldn't be appropriate for a lesson. ;)

I already like to think im a pretty damned good bomber, but I always want to learn more. Unfortunately, I leave wedensday, so I too would really like a video of it, preferably the mp3 as you said or something in mpeg4 if you find you have LOADS of extra time.

Rule 13- Do not punt topics.

that may be true, but the word should be put around again today, and a new topic isnt appropriate either, just give him a a break, he did a good thing.

and btw, i might b at the clinic, not sure.  if any fighters are needed to demonstrate attacks on bombers, i can do that.

Sorry,  :rofl Won't happen again. I was going to use BTT like from the other boards I go to, but thought "wait, what was the word they use here? Oh yeah, Punt."
I guess if I would have put something useless, and Noobish (I am a Noob ) like, "I am really gonna to be there......"
Everything would have been OK.

*Squid then falls off soapbox* :D

In fact....

Rule 6- Members are asked to not act as "back seat moderators". Issues with any breach of rules should be brought to HTC's attention via email at support@hitechcreations.com.

:noid

I'm eagerly waiting for podcasting of this clinic. :)

Rolex did an outstanding job at the bombing clinic last night.  A giant thank you and salute to Rolex.  <S>  Learned alot and had a great time!  Oh, sorry about having the delay wrong, missing most of the buildings on my side of the town, getting the goon killed, screwing up the entire mission...uh my bad.  Thanks.

More than a month have passed... I hoped to have a podcast of this clinic available. Is there anyone working on it, or the idea was just dropped? :(

The audio quality of the .ahf I recorded was really poor, for some reason. It's usually good, so I don't know what happened. Also, it turns out that audio only could lead to confusion because many times I'm responding to questions typed in text. I can post the film, if you'd like.

That would be great Rolex.

I would love to see that film.

Oh, and I should add that I am not happy about the very poor job I did at this clinic.

Thanks Rolex.

Film was very helpful. I found a few tricks in there that I did not even think of.

Hope to see more of these clinics on the film viewer. Since most of these are at times that I am unable to be on.

 Awesome job
