What about having landing crafts for tanks. We could take shermans from cvs.

No what im saying is the boat that lands 4 tanks on a beach.

LCTs held alot mpre than just 4 tanks, it held Suplies and secondary vehicles as well for full scale beach assaults.  I do not think that AHII has large enough spaces between bases to warrant this, because you can fly or drive do most bases in under 5 min give or take.
