Title: Aceshigh.exe error

The game will not run, and I always get this error.  I was told it was a video card problem
I have a Radeon X800 Pro.
Any suggestions?

run Dxdiag, and post the first third or so here. It could be many things, bad video drivers, sound drivers, corrupt download, almost anything. The dxdiag report will help to sort it out.

The game will run fine with an ATI X800 card.  You will want to use the Catalyst 4.12 drivers, if you can obtian them.

But like Fugitive said, the sound card drivers must also be installed.
