Are there any specific guidelines as to what the maximum recommended terrain slope is when the terrain is expected be traversed by GV's? (i.e. between spawn and target, or field and city, etc.) If not, does anyone know at about what angle generally cuts the top speed of the "average" GV in half? Does anyone know which of the GV's is most impacted by the slope of the terrain, and which is the least?
I'll gladly accept your opinions if you don't think you know for sure, but think you have a useful guestimate.
I can't find what I'm looking for through searching.

I've never had to deal with that except at spawn points. The TE use to error if the spawn was too steep, but I don't know if it still does.
I do know tigers seem to be least affected by slope.

Tracked vehicles can climb pretty good, tiger especially, rest a bit slower.vehicles with wheels are bad climbers.I wouldn't make the spawn over 30 degrees

It still checks.

Yes, it does check if the spawn is on a steep incline - but it doesn't tell you if the terrain between your spawn and the target is navigable by the GV's, which is what I was looking for.
I'll do some testing with a non-tracked vehicle (thanks for that info, I wasn't sure) to determine the ratio of top speed to incline, and incorporate that into the answer I was looking for.

I must say, it is nice that you are going into detailed making of gv spawns. If you make the terrain for gvers diverse your map will be loved. :aok

Slop percentage used was ( vertical change / horizontal change ) * 100
4/48 means 4th gear at 48 mph
Slope 20% 40% 60%
M3 4/48 2/23 2/23
M8 3/42 1/14 1/14
Sherman 5/25 4/19 3/12
Panzer 6/25 5/18 3/11
Tiger 6/25 6/25 4/15
