Fresh out of serving a year in Federal prison due to several underage minors appearing naked in his popular "Girls Gone Wild" soft porn videos, Joe Francis has received a huge break!!
Earlier this week he had offered $1 Million to infamous high class call girl Ashley Alexandra Dupré, just to appear in sexy clothing in the first issue of his new entertainment magazine for men. Ashley is the infamous "Kristen", who was involved with the downfall this week of New York's Governor.
Well, late yesterday Joe Francis rescinded his offer to her. His staff went and did a search of their videos, and found out that Ashley Alexandra Dupré had actually spent an entire week on the Girls Gone Wild Tour bus back in 2003. She had apparently gone on a trip to Florida to celebrate her 18th birthday back then. She ran out of money, and eagerly took up the offer of Joe Francis to stay on the huge "Girls Gone Wild" bus.
While she spent that week on the bus, the Girls Gone Wild staff shot SEVEN full video tapes of her exposing herself, taking showers, making out with other girls, and even going naked into a Jacuzzi with Joe Francis, who says that he now remembers her coming onto him. Her footage never made it to any "Girls Gone Wild" videos, though, as she was not considered to be "hot" enough.
Joe says that not only will Ashley Alexandra Dupré be featured in naked photos in his magazine, but that he has enough video of her to actually make a full one hour DVD just dedicated to her. And since she signed a legal release, he doesn't have to pay her one single dime!!!!!
It is amazing how the rich keep becoming richer, no?
Poor Ashley. Does anyone feel sorry for this unfortunate little girl???

Didn't he go to jail for tax evasion? I recall hearing he tried to funnel money through a Bermuda company. Maybe those are pending charges.

No, I believe that it was because many girls on his videos turned out to be minors.
Joe did not seem to realize that some young women out drinking in bars actually posses fake ID's . He claimed that he was innocent, due to the fact that the girls had presented these fake I.D.'s to his staff when they signed their model releases with Girls Gone Wild.
However, the Feds saw things differently.
Hopefully everyone here has since destroyed all of their Girls Gone Wild DVD's, since a number of them are now technically child pornography.

Hopefully everyone here has since destroyed all of their Girls Gone Wild DVD's, since a number of them are now technically child pornography.
Hopefully people on this board didn't waste money on "Girls Gone Wild" DVD's. That seems like a very poor allocation of your porn dollars.

I did some more checking, and the jail time he just finished was actually for a state of Florida conviction regarding the under-aged models.
The Federal Tax Evasion charges are indeed still pending. He faces a potential 10 year sentence over them.
It is interesting that he has now moved his company to the UK. Girls Gone Wild is now a British Corporation.
So even our porn is being outsourced overseas now! :cry :cry :cry
I guess that the British must be less uptight with women exposing their assets.

This is why we need to adopt budweisers brilliant idea and every child when born should have a tattoo thats says "born on (mm/d/Yr). :rofl I don't feel sorry for her, the ex-gov nor the GGW guy. Personally i have very different views on sex for money so i give her and the ex-gov a pass on it. The GGW guy i could care less about, he took advatage of a situation, made money and then didn't want to pay his taxes. Very dumb. Al Capone got busted for that.
