Title: 37mm P39 tracers :)
Post by: nimble on March 19, 2008, 10:27:35 PM
Not sure if they are supposed to stay on, but I can't get them to turn off  :cry

Go to the tower, make sure they're turned off while in the tower, and re-up. If the problem persists, post in the bugs form.

Tracers have been off for a few years :) The .50 rounds are off, it's just the 37mm that is showing on

37mm's tracers never turn off, nor in the YakT.

It's not a tracer, it's the wake caused by sending a banana through the air at reasonably high speed.

Maybe there wasn't historically a non-tracer option for 37mm?

Dunno - but even without a tracer round in the bunch, IRL, you should be able to see a 37mm and the 108 30mm fly through the air due to slow speed and large size.

Hell, you can see .45 ACP and .38 rounds fly down range if the sun is at the right angle.

Correct, M4 gun had only 3 types of ammo (HE, AP and practice). All three had tracer.
