Seeing as how HTC did a great job on the La's, hopefully the updated Yak's will follow. :pray :pray :pray

Anyone notice the names given to files as they cache during game start up?

The yak has had numerous skins available for some time now. The _3 just means it's the third skin for the 9U.

The poor old Yak does need an update.

Now that I've got my wish with the Ta 152 update I put forward a motion for:

1- Yak 9 update. Gen 1 cockpit... generally a fairly highly used aircraft
2 - F6F update. Anoter Gen 1 cockpit and is certainly an aircraft with very high usage in the MA.

 Appologies. i too would love to see a Yak update with the addition of expanding the Yak Family. (The Yak 3 is the the (only)still unmodelled major role player in WWII air combat (fighters) IMO).

However if we look at the stats the N1K2 is the most used arena aircraft yet to be updated.
