They're easy to make. Open the skin file and increase the color depth. Then save it like that. It won't be read by AHII. I went so far as to make the props invisible.

What do you use to open the skin file and increase the coulr depth? :huh

You save the default skin from inside the game by right clicking on it in the hangar and selecting "save default skin". Then download and install GIMP or use a similar program and find the "increase color depth" option. I'll post again after looking through the newest version of GIMP.

I just tried the latest version of GIMP. After opening the image file, click "Image" in the window bar and roll over "Mode", then select "RGB". Here's a shot of a new invisible B-17 done using the new gimp. I didn't put much time into this one. Sorry if it isn't as nice.

What do you mean, you didn't put much time into it? All you did was get rid of the .bmp lol

Time is spent making everything about the aircraft unreadable. Guns, Glass, Props, Landing Gear, etc... Yeah, really simple.

Okay so I downloaded gimp but where do I find the colour depth option. :confused:
