That is normally a video or sound card driver issue, but the DXDIAG output would contin every needed to make a proper assessment.

Start>Run>type:DXDIAG - save it to file, then forward file to Skuzzy as an attachment or post here.
P.S. Sentences do not start with "OK", always start with capitals, and should also be properly punctuated. It not only makes things much easier for the reader, but prepares one for real life. Try it...you'll feel good about yourself! :salute

start/run/ type in dxdiag then click save all information. it will save it as a text file which you can copy the contents on here (note it will take multiple posts to get everything on here) or you can email it to skuzzy at support@hitechcreations.com
Make sure to type something like "spit16nooby can't download game. Here is my dxdiag output" or something similar. He replies to all emails within 24 hours, so if you don't get a response by email within that time frame he didn't receive the email for whatever reason.
-edit- bah. beat me to it. -edit-

you can download the full download and burn it into a disk. I know some people who will download it at work on a T1 line, then install and run it on their dial-up at home.

Hmmmmmmm,
Guy comes for help and you give him a lecture on how to write. Seems like a reply that should be posted in Tech Support Forum.

I'm(notice caps) fine with it as long as he doesn't go and complain and complain about it. Also I'll see if i can download it to a CD Skuzzy still hasn't emailed me back.

You sent the email after business hours and so it will be Monday before I get a chance to see it.
