Title: Backing up on CV with tailhook down BUG

Subject says it.  If you back up on the carrier with your tailhook deployed, you go BOOM as soon as you hit the wires, even if you're going really, really slow.  I tried to do this during FSO in order to rearm, and ended up having to sit out the rest of the event. :frown:
