Title: Where have my bases gone?

Well now, I have lost all of my base icons off the game! No base icon, no bases to flash, spawn points and base #s are there. Now I have no real idea of where the battle is. Wierd! I have removed the game and re-downloaded it, and the bases are still gone. WTF!

Bergy: based on your other thread, you may be having some hard drive or game install issues.  When you stop hearing sounds and now field icons are missing, these point to something else that may be going on since no one else is seeing it.

Here is my suggestion:

Run maintenance on your hard drive (defrag, checkdisk, etc).  Once that is completed, try to reproduce the problems again.  If you do, uninstalled AH2, defrag again and reinstall (make sure you back up things like your sights, sounds and settings folder, although, these may be corrupted so you may have to re-apply these).  Then test again.

Also, for future issues like this you will want to post to the technical support forum as these don't really appear to be "bugs" but technical issues on your system.

Right click on the clipboard map, select "Icons".

EDIT: It was the icon setting on the clipboard, I do not recall changing that, but issue resolved.  :o

EDIT #2 Sounds for both Yaks work on and off line, probably a one-time glitch.

Nah, I just set the "Issue Complete" ICON for the thread so I can quickly tell if soemthing has been answered or not.
