Title: WAFFLE HERE PLEASE.

Sorry to get to ya like this but i have posted 2 times in this forum and have'nt gotten any replies. I was able to get a sounds file for the P39 from www.combatfs.com. Its a forum sight like this one. I had to register to DL the file, but i cant get the file to work in the game. Im sure most of the issue name and properties but i am having trouble changing them. All of them are in wav format. If you or anyone can help me i can email them or anyone can DL them from before mentioned site, or if it is simple you can reply with instructions. Thanks.

I just used the sounds I had for my P40, honestly. Same guns & engine.

But, if you want to use those, you will have to put them in


C:\Program Files\HTC\Aces High II\Sounds\P39D (or Q)

Then they will work in game.

I know how to do all that but they are still not working. Its either in how they are named or their properties i just cant nail it down.

You'll have to make sure they are in mono format and not stereo.  You will also have to make sure they are named correctly, let me know which ones they are and can help you more from there.

They must be PCM format(uncompressed), 22kHz 8-bit mono for AHII.

I Am COMPLETELY Incapable f Using That. :mad: Besides, Photoshop (Trials Of Course) Are Easier To Use. Then Use The Power Of Google To Find A New One.

GIMPs pretty easy once you get used to it. And its free. You just cant beat that :D

Did the same thing, just copied the P-40s, same guns, same engine.
