Title: Songs
Post by: angelsandair on March 25, 2008, 05:53:46 PM
Anybody know a good downloading source for songs? I have limewire, but the songs arent saved to My Computer so I cant put my songs in my videos I make. Anyone know a really good downloading source for almost all songs that is free, or cheap? I'm looking for 2 specific songs if you can find their download, send me the link.

Sum 41-Still Waiting

The other song is a composed song or however you say it, like with a band and percussion.

the song is Americans Lost. (very good song)

I got the music video and everything, I just need a way to download it for a AHII video I'm making. I also want Americans Lost to make a video. But, I'm not too sure where I can get that. I googled it but mostly got very horrible anti-american stuff that discusted me, I will try again though.

This thread will end badly...

My advise angles, edit your post and remove the discussion of illegal downloads. It is not allowed on this forum, and usually dealt with harshly.

Well, I do the Limewire thing that is 15$ a month. They sell songs w/o copyrights on em anyways. Plus I know you can download the song American's Lost for free off a university site. I just dont know which university it is. It has to be with band-related thing. I'm not trying to imply the illegal downloading of what I'm trying to do. I'm just trying to get the song. Limewire wont do it though  :aok

BUT do understand this, it is too late to edit my post, but I AM not trying to imply about illegal downloads. Just keep it in mind.

Uh, unless Limewire has changed since I used to use it, Limewire is not a legal source to get the music.  Basically it's a scam where you pay money to get access to their program and the ability to download, but that doesn't make the music legal.

You can get free "samples" and sometimes an artist will release a free version but it's very rare. Your best bet is go to a well known LEGAL site. Make sure you research that they are authorized to allow downloads. It's just like AH and anything else you download from the net, make sure you do it legaly because the repercussions can be financially really bad for you. I personally listen to a sample and if i really like it or have heard it on the radio, i buy the cd.
