First Look

F4U-2 of VF(N)-101, stationed aboard USS Enterprise in 1944. The F4U-2 was essentially identical to the F4U-1, while adding a radar pod and removing one of the .50cal machine guns from one wing.

Much work left to do, including fixing the demarkation lines in the wing camoflage.

Um...not to be picky, but you forgot the radar pod.  I know, I know, you left it in your other flight suit...
