I don't know if this is a bug or has been reported yet but it happened to me last night. Was in a wirblewind fighting a tank (sherman or a panzer) i ended up going full speed at him while he was sitting still. I thought i would run into the front of him and jolt to a stop but to my surprise i drove through him and stopped with my wirblewind inside of his tank. He had to actually move forward and turn to be able to shoot me down. Has anyone else had this happen? I didn't think it was possible to do this anymore?

There have never been GV collisions enabled, and I didn't read anywhere about plans of changing this...

Hmm, you could be right but i wasn't sure, for some reason i thought they had been. Now i wonder what would have happened had i fired the instant i was directly in the center of his tank?

Used to do this in jeeps. Drive into a tank, fire MG and kill the driver. Instant kill. :devil
There have never been GV collisions; something to do with lag problems I believe. I'm sure one of the Tech-Savvys will be here shortly, and explain why much better than I possibly can. :salute

GV collisions + lag = very bad and strange things. Flying apart at ludicrous speeds, or becoming welded together like that one X Files episode where the Aurora pilot got melded with a rock.
There was a bried period when collisions were enabled (or functioned because of some bug) in AH2 beta. I ran into someone (Kev maybe?) and I as drove into his tank with mine, his rolled over on it's top and there was some other funkiness. Definitely not something I'd like to see in game.

Nah pure hell is what we already have in the way of collisions + GV's +Trees! I think them trees have a run on the market in the tank killing category. :lol

I don't know, the sheep running a close second on tank killing. I hit one going down a hill in Neutral running about 60 or more and it flipped me half way down the hill. :O :rofl
