Title: Offline ARENA settings are disabled

When I fly off-line, the ARENA settings are disabled for all SEA maps. This makes it impossible to 'pre-setup' maps for the AvA and SEA events. :(

Hmmm,

I tried the japan1 map and it lets me access it....

However the last time I tried saving it then using it in the online arena it would CTD..  The only way I could do any setups was to do it online then save the tables afterwards...

Japan was one of the maps I DIDN'T try. :D
