Title: Looking for a book; anyone know which one this one is?

It's actually a book of photographs.  A guy takes food & turns it into characters ~ completely wonderful, expressive characters. I can't remember the guys name, and I don't know the name of the book. But if you've ever seen it, it's not likely you'd forget (errr... except in my case I guess). Anyone?
