Title: Gravity and air resistance in game
Post by: Yossarian on March 28, 2008, 06:36:51 PM
Hi, could someone please tell me whether the in game gravity is modelled to 10N/kg, or 9.18N/kg, or neither of the above?

Also, how (heavily) is air resistance factored in, as in when dropping bombs etc?

Thanks,

Yossarian

EDIT: Could someone also please tell me what the side length of each terrain tile is?

I heard it's 25 miles across, and since it's a square, 25 miles down.

Also, I think that gravity is modeled as realistically as possible.

No, I mean the tiles that actually make up the terrain.  As in what I see as white, when I (maybe everyone...) switch back to Aces High from another window.
