Yes it's true you can get a Radeon X1550 for less than 7 bucks. http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1288818

I have no idea if it will play AH or not but if you have an old box that needs a displaycard.. here's your deal.

x1550 is rubbish. Bargain basement. It might run AH the same way a Radeon 9600 might : It'll run, but you won't get much out of it.

Well it's obvious you're not going to get a 8800 ultra for 7 bucks. The card is mainly for 2D desktop work. There are deals for better cards on that same page btw.
