negative g-force is red, read below its almost exact same thing happens. Only red screen.

the black is g force and the more g force u have the easier the pilot blacks out, which is the black screen. when you turn u will see black taking up most of the screen, too much and it will be black for like 30 seconds. (I havent counted)

negative G-force?
negative Gravity force?
What is that?

a unit of force equal to the force exerted by gravity; used to indicate the force to which a body is subjected when it is accelerated

In other words during g force all blood rushes to legs and pass out.
neg g force all blood rushes to head.

I may have that backwards correct me if I am wrong.

I think you'd find it really helpful to look at this website - it's VERY useful.  You should read through all of it, preferably sooner rather than later.  It will provide answers to most of your questions:
http://trainers.hitechcreations.com/ (http://trainers.hitechcreations.com/)

As well as that, here's another excellent website, which is perhaps a tiny bit more advanced:
http://www.netaces.org/ (http://www.netaces.org/)

To answer your question, you have a red screen when you go into negative G's (I think less than either -1 or -3 Gs)
A black screen is when you're pulling (<-- because you're usually pulling back on your joystick when this happens) too many Gs - I think over +6.

Your question is answered in the “Pulling G’s” part of this website:
http://trainers.hitechcreations.com/flightdynamics/flightdynamics.htm (http://trainers.hitechcreations.com/flightdynamics/flightdynamics.htm)
Read all of it, please

Good luck - I know they're sometimes quite long, but reading these things really WILL help you - they helped me a lot.

You guys are being too complicated for this poor kid.

When you pull backwards on the stick, making you go up, all the blood in your body rushes to your feet, causing your vision to "black out".

When you push downwards on the stick, making you go down, all the blood in your body rushes to your head, causing your vision too "red out".

This is all connected to gravity, the force that makes you come down when you jump up.
