i cannont download the beata mission editor...could someone help me with that?

Glad you got it.

As for learning about it, I'd strongly recommend reading through the help file whilst making a mission of your own; this worked for me. 

You might want to try making a bombing run type mission, and expanding from there.

Is the editor in the HTC -> Aces High folder? I havn't looked but I downloaded it, and never saw it...

yes bnasty it is in the aces high folder and you can also find it in the programs list under the start menu in aces high as well.
