Title: Current Map Ozkansas in LWB

Port P15 is a regular airfield, but all planes are currently disabled despite all hangars being up.

It seems that all port-airfields on OZKANSAS in LWB have all planes disabled.

I saw the 39s enabled on at least one CV.  It might've been C181.

P39 seem to be enabled on allCV on all maps in LWB. At least on current ozkansas as well as smpizza yesterday.

I had upped a P39 on C192 this morning

I re-verified ozkansas port fields are setup correctly with planes enabled where they should be.  I cannot find an issue with any of the port fields in ozkansas.

Sorry, but it's not the case. For example P115:

Pic made from hangar with F5 external view. All hangars are up, but all planes are red in hangar list and not flyable.
Same with P15, P22, P32, P43, etc. All regular airfields with towns, but no planes enabled.

I just came from Port 15 and all the planes are enabled on it.  I verified it in the database and in the arena.

I just went into the arena, went to Port 15, and upped a P51B.

When P15 was rooks shortly ago, planes weren't enabled. Now as it is Bish, they are (I switched to Bish to verify)
The other mentioned port-airfields, still being rooks, still have that problem  - see screenshot above: It was made from within the hangar on that very field you can see there... :noid
