Title: Bug with the ostwind

you can not aim the ostwind at ground targets unless they are on a hill. all targets on level ground can not be targeted due to the guns unable to be lowered at close range. plus you can not see over the gun shield. in the old versiojn you could by setting your views.

This is almost certainly the way it's supposed to be.

However, I think you should look it up on the internet, and if you find anything backing up your claims, please post it here, and I'm sure HTC will look into it.
