Ok I think these guys are on to something here.. I've seen the other videos, but could you imagine if they made prisoners do this for their daily exercise here in the US. Then filmed it then posted it on youtube showing all the prisoners friends and families. I bet we would have no more crime.. Maybe that Vegas warden should try this..or who ever that guy is with tent city.

Ahh ok Az was my 2nd guess but for some reason I was thinking it was Vegas..
