pby catilina would be cool to have to spot enemy cvs and enemy bombers coming toward your own carrior. :salute

Why not just up a fighter and do that and be able to defend?

I like the idea of a pby, just not yet or for those reasons.

Yea, but you see, arent we not allowed to revive old threads?

But, we may need to wait for a purpose before we can do set up PBYs in the game. I heard that PBYs could carry like 2 torpodeos under each wing, thats pretty good too. Ya could just land on the water and slowly go after the carrier you want so you dont get spotted.  :D

No you can revive an old thread if it is to make a valid contribution to that thread. It just gets a little weird when zombie threads that are 2 or more years dead get resurrected.

or depth charges and bombs.  But yea the two torpedo float plane would be pretty nice.
Just some float planes in general, espeically some of the Japanese ones.
