Title: No enemy icons from inside tower view

I can see friendly icons, but no enemy aircraft icons are visible from inside tower. External view from tower shows icons normally.

This has been that way since the initial 2.12 relase.  I assumed it was a new "feature".

Just noticed this only happens when looking through the tower "window glass".  If a plane flies through where the bank of windows are propped open the icon appears, and if you use the arrow keys to move outside the tower, the icon displays fine.

I've had something similar in one of the USA's carrier based bombers.

I think this was in the SB2D (sp?), but I was in external (F3) view, and I tried to look at the enemies through the plane's canopy.  Whilst I could see the enemy's plane itself, no icons were visible.
