I suffer jitters and warps with the film viewer and I just downloaded 2.11 patch 3 as a start near the end of February 2008. What bothers me even more about the Film Viewer is that it switches into night mode at random(judging by the dark colors and the apperance of the moon). I have since upgraded to 2.12 patch two and am still having the same troubles. I have changed the display and texture sizes to no avail.
I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 with a TL60 CPU, 2 GB ram, ATI RADEON xpress1150 256MB Hypermemory (integrated) and Windows XP SP2 Home.
Thanks in a advance to anyone who might have a solution.

Switched both Aces High and the Film Viewer to 98/ME compatatibility mode and still misbehaving with the random night and day switching and jumping back to the tower.
I have not yet tried starting up online play.
Here is part of my DxDiag.
