At about 020 of the video there is a really good example of how convergance works where you can actually see the rounds converging then crisscrossing one another

Hey Guys, found this site. It has a lot of WWI, WWII and more archive footage. I've spent almost a whole day here and have only just began to see a little of all the archives film footage they have here.

Amazing how much dirt those 50 cals threw up. Looked very powerful from those shots. The explosion about half way was impressive.

Not all gun camera footage was saved. There really was no need to keep it as it was only to confirm kills or for recon purposes. Have seen several interviews regarding this and heard where the pilots took some of the original footage home. One pilot had it in his duffel and it was stolen on his way home after the war. Here is a link to his website. You can purchase the 3 hour documentary there as well. Having seen hundreds of shows and documentaries on WWII, I must say that this has to rate in the top ten.
