Something happens to girls between the ages of three and eight. Yesterday I drained the ice skating rink and pulled up the 20' X 30' tarp that held the water/ice in. Of course there were worms everywhere. I called the girls over to check them out. Svea ( 8 ) and Brigitta (6) had serious cases of the heebeegeebees and wouldn't pick them up. Once Brigitta saw Annika (3) pick them up, however, she got over her fears. Svea used two sticks to pick them up however.

She spun this one around and it landed on her sleeve.

My daughter was like that, too.
Of course, my wife used to freak on me when I brought Meryn into the house with her jacket that dirty.
Looks like daddy's doin' laundry

Cute youngin! Didn't your wife beat you with a stick for letting her get that dirty?

Daddy got to sit in the "Time Out" Chair and repeatedly asked by Wifey...
"What the Hell were you thinking?"
:rofl
Been there....

Yea, I had to wash it twice. The second time I rubbed laundry soap right into the coat; its clean now.

Naw. She's fine with the kids getting dirty just as long as they strip down in the garage and don't track it in. They do get pretty dirty often; the oldest is just starting to outgrow being dirty though.

That looks like my two boys yesterday evening when I picked them up from a friends house.

great shots eskimo. Cutie pie is right! Kudos to you and her momma

Outside, dirty and healthy is better than inside, fat and unhealthy any day of the week.
You should have posted a photo of Mrs Eskimo's face when she saw the state of her, though, that would have been funny.

hehe
My daughter will go outside to play with the worms. Every so often she catches one and wants to keep it as a pet. She puts it in a bowl or glass and piles a bunch of greenery into it for food.
After a while she forgets about "Wormy" (her name for every one she tries to keep as a pet) and I let it go outside. When she remembers I just tell her womry went home to its mum and dad which satisfies her.
