avatars are to be no bigger than 80x80 pixels, in no more than 256 colors, and I think they are restricted by file size too. When you try to upload it what error do you get?
-
80 X 80 pixels, and 32k max file size.

Gents,
You gave me the answer. I knocked it down to 80X80 Pixels and it loaded.
Thanks for the help.

Here are those two images resized to 80 pixels by 80 pixels, saved if .gif format.
FYI, I used this site to resize. Nice and easy to do it all. http://gui.picresize.com/picresize2/

I used a program called UnFREEz to create my animated .GIF. Pretty easy acctually once you have it figured out. Anyway, find the pictuers that you want to use. Make sure that they are no larger then 80x80 pixels, and saved in a .GIF format. If they are larger then that, or are not in a .GIF format, then use this little website to upload them there, then resize them and/or save them back to your computer in a .GIF format.
Website: http://gui.picresize.com/picresize2/
Then once you have all of your pictures, open up Unfreez. Drag the .GIF's to where it tells you to (in the top left area of the screen, and make sure they are in the order that you want them to appear. Check the "Loop Animation" tab, set your "Frame Delay," and then click "Make Animated GIF."
Hint: If you want a certain frame to appear longer then others, like my "dadonkey" frame, just drop the same picture file in order, one right after the other. For example I had
Random 38 pic1
Random 38 pic2
Random 38 pic3
P-38 Dweeb pic
