BRILLIANT!
I want one too!
Yanno I be that kid could market them and sell em.
And he's an engineer that impresses too
It's been a lot of trial and error. As it is now I've probably got $2,000 worth of parts on it, but about $10,000 total has gone into it because I'd buy a $200 part that didn't work, then go to a $300 part that didn't work before finding a $50 part that did,"
Something that most of todays engineers dont seem to get.
Making something overly complex or expencive is not genius. any idiot can do that.
Taking something complex and making it simple or cheap is genius.

Outstanding! According to the article this little project has also gotten him a job in a real tank facility.

Ok we need this in AH! A plywood tank that shoots redbull? :rofl Only in here we would need say a shiney chrome panzer or tiger that shot beer and liquor at the enemy. :D Good to see some college kids doing something constructive instead of destructive for a change. :aok
