On the online missions forum people post missions or whatever in some kind of script. I'm wondering how I could get that script and transfer it to a file then save it in my offmiss folder.Any help???

Download the mission editor that's "stickied" at the top of this forum. It generates the mission files that you'd place in the offmiss folder.

I have downlaoded the mission editor and as soon as I open I get a
message saying it has countered a problem and needs to close.

Do you have the most recent versions of both the game and editor?
