"Final Countdown" by Europe

or

"Aces High" by Iron Maiden

are two that come to mind.

I know when me and my friend go to the D-Day scenerio at Skirmish on the 6th (of June), we're going to strap a big stereo to his back and play "Primo Victoria" by Sabaton the entire battle  :rofl

Rugby?

About the same kind of songs that one would use to pump up for american football.

I could think of a bunch off the top of my head.

Cat Scratch Fever - Ted Nugent
"The Warrior" Thin Lizzy
The immigrant Song -Led Led Zeppelin .

The list could go on and on.

Now if it were soccer (European Futball)

I can only think of one song

"Tip Toe Through The Tulips" - Tiny Tim   :D

I was gonna say anything by Judas Priest but vorticon listed the best one.

"Welcome to the Jungle"
"Kashmir" - always got me moving for some reason.
"In the Air tonight" - Phil Collins
Everlong - Foo Fighters

Personally I had a tape back in the early 90's with Guns N Roses, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Metallica and some other wide open songs that I taped from vinyl that I snagged (from my dad's old hard/heavy/acid rock collections that he had from the late 60's and early 70's) back in the 80's.

Somehow I don't think a gay battlecry is the best choice for Rugby.

Everlong is one of my favorite songs.  But a pump up song?  I think not.

Okay. Alleged widow.

Or you could always just go with Freddy's own quote...
Quote
'I am as gay as a daffodil, my dear'

I geuss, in retrospect, the song isn't that bad of a choice. Hell, Yankee Doodle is a song about a guy going to a gay bar.

Checking my playlists...

Blackened by Metallica makes me want to beat my head against a metal locker shouting f**k yea kill someone!!!!!!

Then again, so does anything by Queen, but not in quite the same way.

Almost forgot...

Geto Boys - Still http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KcEk3hKxOFE (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KcEk3hKxOFE)      (from the printer smashing scene in Office Space. NSFW!!)

Notorious BIG (f/ Tupac & Korn) - Wake Up         (not really a rap song)
Big Pun - Dream Shatterer
Smokey & The Bandit - Eastbown & Down     (my guild plays this during pirates of the burning sea convoys through pvp zones)
Dilated Peoples - You Can't Hide, You Can't Run    (in the CD player before MMA)
Cypress Hill - Valley of Chrome
Anthrax (f/ Public Enemy) - Bring The Noise    (Chuck D ftw!)
Eminem - Rock Bottom
Godsmack - Bad Religion
Jay-Z (f/ Eminem) - Renegade
Jimi Hendrix - Star Spangled Banner (live @ Woodstock)
Korn - Make Me Bad
Marilyn Manson - Beautiful People
Mos Def - Mathematics
Naughty By Nature - Craziest
Rob Zombie - Dragula
Scarface - No Tears      (also from Office Space, early traffic scene, when the black guy walks by and he turns the music down  :lol)

Angry music is always so good before sports.
