I'll bet you guys that some enterprenuer made a million bucks today selling "Free Tibet" t-shirts to the anti China protesters- and I'll bet those t-shirts were made in China.
Wouldn't it be poetic justice if the ink in those t-shirts was highly toxic and chemically branded a "Free Tibet" tattoo in everyone's chest who wore one?
That's what would happen in a perfect world.

You a big fan of Communist China?
-
Naw, he just hates Tibet.

As it was they rerouted the torch route, and all the spectators, demonstrators and counter-demonstrators who were waiting at the announced parade route for their chance to douce-protect-or watch the Olympic torch go by stood on the sidewalks, staring at each other, realizing they'd been duped and, one by one, they silently shuffled off, dragging their protest signs behind them or abandoning them outright in the gutters...but overheard was a pro Tibet protester asking a pro China protester if he wanted to have a beer. The pro China protester said "sure," so who knows? Maybe there's hope yet.

You're saying "stinky hippie" is not redundant?

Its kind of like calling someone a stupid dummy.

Olympic Torch Used To Ignite Tibetan Protesters
April 7, 2008 | Issue 44•15 Onion
BEIJING—A universally recognized symbol of goodwill, the Olympic torch was used to immolate hundreds of Tibetan protesters during its journey across mainland China last week, in what is being called a stirring display of competitive spirit and Chinese nationalism.
"It was a thrilling experience," said torchbearer Wei Xiang, a member of the People's Liberation Army, who personally set 23 monks ablaze as he ran past their peaceful protest. "Today, I am very proud to be Chinese." As the torch travels the globe, a group of Serbian Nationalists has reportedly offered to transport the emblematic flame across the newly independent nation of Kosovo.
>>OK I'll take out the photo, but you can find it in the Onion.
