Title: Viewing / sorting skins?

I used the suggestion to remove all skins from the skins directory to cure the micro-stutter when I'd see a plane transition from D1.0 to D600.  I'd like to go back and add a few favorites.  I'm wondering if there is a way to do this without moving them all back into the folder and going offline.  So is there a way to view the skins without starting the AH game?
