Title: Tank rounds not making a splash

i havent seen this till the new patch or it might have started with the new update.
 Tank rounds are just going into the ground and not making a splash of dirt, i know a few others are seeing this too but how wide spread is this?  it seems like it happens when shooting long distance, first time was shooting at a tank on a hillside and my rounds just disappeared and the second time i was on a hill shooting down on a VB and the rounds disappeared into the ground.
