How do you rearm and why do the troops after you brought them to a base dissappear?

1) Land at an airfield, and at the end of the runways you should see a cement 'bunker' with a yellow circle around it. That is the rearm pad. Taxi over and stop in side of the yellow circle and you will start to rearm whatever load out you had selected in the hangar. Same goes for cv's except the yellow circle is now the black box type of thing near the end where the arrestor cables are.
2) Not really sure, but troops should be dropped in the town when all of the buildings are down in order to capture that base.

Two things can happen to troops making them disappear:
1.) The town or base still has buildings and ack up and the troops get killed.
2.) When the town is down they run into the bunker destroying it, allowing you to capture the base.

Troops dropped below 800 feet AGL go Poof when they hit the dirt because their chute didn't have time to open.
Or as otherwise noted, ack is up, or they run into the enemy map room.

THE TROOPS NEED TO BE WITHIN 2K OF THE MAPROOM, AND ALL ACK NEEDS TO BE DOWN.
