Title: C-47 does not drop troops or supplies

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. But, the C-47 does not drop the troops or supplies using the orddrop segment. The door opens and I can see the troops just stand there as they pass over the target. I was doing the test 1500 agl and 140mph.
