Thanks :aok as far as 40 goes hmmm so far i feel just like yesterday and that felt old!!!!

one good thing outta 40 at the shop when i used to say im to old for this c##t my dad would always say no not yet you arnt wait till you are my age .....well i said it today and wahooooooooo he said yep your to old!

Tatertot, Just tell them what I say when asked your age  "i am 39 with 8 years experiance"  :D :D :D

In your case you could say "I am 29 with 11 years experiance"    :D :D :D
