Against Philly? Absolutely. I grew up in Philadelphia. The Flyers play choke hockey. Always have.

The caps are not a very good team. The only reason they made the playoffs was because they play in the worst division in the NHL.

If you think the Caps are not bursting at the seams with raw, young talent, you're either posting from South Philly or from under a rock.

If they have so much talent then why did they barely make the playoffs?

If it wasn't for the way they make division winners the top 3 seeds the caps would have been the 7th seed with only Boston behind them. You have to take into account that they played 8 games against the worst team in the NHL as well. That whole division stinks. Put them in the atlantic division and they would be lucky to win 35 games.
