Post by: wojo71 on April 24, 2008, 11:27:44 AM
Been a rough month to play online here in texas, so far in the last 3 weeks i've had 2 hail storms ,70mph winds ,one close call with a twister and flash floods.
last week the hail was 4 inchs deep on the ground,  next day tree limbs took out power lines and last light  had to beat feet to someplace alot more study again! and the lighting was unbelievable :O

I just want to drink my beer and fly/die in peace  :salute

Same here only 2 hours later in Arkansas.

I was woken up at 1 AM last night by a 85lb German Shepherd jumping into my bed 'cuz he's scared of thunder.

It's been one rainy, stormy Spring here.

That's a pain ain't it?  I remember one summer I missed most of my squad night 3 weeks in a row to storms.  It was like the lightning knew just when takeoff time was approaching.

Great CBass, that means you have a lot of free time so get your backside down to West Central Arkansas and mow my lawn.

It's just under an acre, it's too involved to use a riding mower, and it's a hillside that slopes down to Lake Hamilton.

BTW hope you don't mind 105 degrees at 88% humidity.

And bring your Met's hat with you, your gonna need it.
