That was pretty cool.  I got there a bit late but we still had a couple of good furballs.  Then to break up the furballing we (one section of 308 Sqn) ran a "Rhubarb" (low level fighter-bomber raid) on a field right behind the front line.  For some reason only one of the Jerries decided to oppose us, so we captured the field.   (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)

Had a blast!  I flew for 2 hours non stop! Most fun I have had in weeks.  Was in on two field captures and flew both sides.

Numbers were fair, 20 to 30 for the first 2 hours. Third hour brought them down to 10 to 15.

Ghosth, ozark thanks for the set up!  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Thanks Funked, Daddog for the kind words.

Would like to see what a N afrika setup would be like setup much the same.

Unfortunatly due to 6 inches of snow that had to be shoveled I didn't get a lot of flying time in. I was in however on the capture of 56 & 27.   (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)
