Basic question.

Can you cause damage by suicide-ing into an enemy structure with your shot-to-hell airplane?

Yes you can ruin the rest of your airplane.   :D

But you wont hurt anything else...

Not that i recommend it but if your going to try to do some damage aim for another plane. As far as i know that's the only thing you will hurt/damage by hitting it with your plane. Really though it's frowned on to do that type of attack intentionally even though we know it was done in real life. Pretty much if my plane is still flyable i'll try to limp it back home if not i bail and get a new one.
