Hey Arlo, just resubscribed last night.  Unfortunately, im stuck using new name cause couldn't remember password to my old account.  My new name ingame is Rardok.  I'm a little rusty, but hopely it will come back relatively quick.

Look for VonKost of Guthrie in the Mains or AvA (VF-17 goes by various other names in the AvA now depending on setting/terrain). Welcome back!  :D :salute

WHOA Talliven is back in the game! Wow I didn't know that; now I just might have to resub for a while this summer just to get some time in.

Whiteman...I don't know what answer to give you on that one. Arlo has found himself a new woman so it might be awhile before he comes back up for air.

whiteman take my advice, stay away from VF-17.  All they do is drink and bad mouth each other while flying very sloppy squad formations.  Arlo will deride your nOOb skillz every chance he gets and will steal your kill while yealling "CHEX SICKSSES!!" in your ear.

I come back from a 2 year hiatus, and was surprised to see you guys back in action.  Which arenas do you spend most of your time in?  I would love to get back into flying some F4U again.

Those are some serious budget cutbacks..at least they still have a decent gun.

for some reason it doesn't show me as a jolly roger anymore & the squad isn't listed on the squads page. have we been disbanded?

they cleared out all the names that weren't playing anymore. if your CO hasn't played then the squad was disbanded, you need to get with your new CO at this time and he needs to set up the squad and invite everyone back.

heard someone talking about it the other day, happened to a few of the older squads where the original CO had stopped playing but was still listed as CO.

Currently 2 members but looking to grow. There won't be orders to follow and required squad nights unless members agree on a night. If your just looking to get on and have a good time, disrupt base captures, bust caps on airfields and furball give 21GUNS or me a heads up. 21GUNS is rook and I'm Bish but I jump from side to side and have no problem with members switching sides.

Don't know what happened to the old guard but they just bailed out in a hurry it seems. BTW check your PM's there Whiteman; I helped you out a little since I really want to see this squadron exist for the long term since I reformed it in 2002.

Any interested prospects I'll be on quit a bit this week in the MA and AVA due to between job vacation. My new hours will let me be on more often or actually better hours for squad nights or meet ups.

Look for Tex01 and I'll be happy to chat with you if you have any questions. If I don't reply back keep hitting me up while in game or drop a line here and I'll get in touch with you. 21GUNS can also send an invite if your interested. Were looking to rebuild this squad with a great group of people.

We also have one F4U-1 skin and three F4U-1A skins in game.
