Tonight was like going back in time a couple of years. Saw a lot of old faces, had a lot of great fights, and everyone was happy to see each other. Good times, thanks for all who came in.

Hmm you must have came in after I logged off.
Yep it was fly and fry. Good ACM practice, against Storch and the JG-54 crew, and Bluetop and that friggin Hurricane. I still can't figure out The P-40 woble I get, in both the B and E models. It seems to be the only plane I have this problem with I get an un commanded roll when coming out of a dive, and when I try to compensate it's just a wing wag all the way to the ground.
Still had a good time with just some low level furballing. Plus there were some guys running Ju88 mission to add a distraction from the furballing.

How long are buildings staying down for anyway? I know the point of this map is not to capture bases, but those guys in the JU87's and 88's were running a lot of buff missions and destroyed buildings which seemed to rebuild by the time they rolled for the next sortie.

Yes, great fun all day. I was on morning, after noon, and night. With the exception of a couple of hours in the afternoon, it was great. Lets keep ot this way?

I concur with Oldman.
I popped in for an hour or so tonight. Was good to see some old familiar names!
I sure learned how rusty one gets when they don't partake on a regular basis, that's for sure. I think I only had 2 kills the whole night, and a multitude of death / augers / tree / swimming lessons.
But....a Ton O' Fun was had.
cheers all and thanks for the fun night!

What, people having a good time, fun fights, and good numbers in the arena with base capture pretty much disabled. This cant be we better turn that whole war thing on before we all forget how to vulch, HO, gang and milk.
Yep having some good times. Only problem Iv been seeing is people droping in on an enemy while you are on him. I wish people would just learn to ask "Hey TK you got him?" or "Hey TK you need help?" instead of coming in guns a blazing getting the kill on the guy you made lose all his E and got into a turn fight.

the fuel burn is very effective in the P-40.

Those were great :aok. Thank you for posting. Made me wonder if HTC has any planes to remodel the cockpit interior, would be much nicer.

I heard he was busy fixing the flaps on the P40 :D

You talking about the missing cowl flaps? Every time I look at the AH2 P-40 I think that it sits too low in the front. It looks like it's sitting on cut down landing gear, like a lowrider, so that if I were to walk up to the prop I could look down onto the top of the nose rather than stare into the shark's mouth. When you look at it from behind the bottom of the fuselage seems really flat vice a gracefully curved section that narrows to the tail wheel.
I know a sliding canopy would be too much to ask for and too low on the priority list.
