I think you hsould have sent an email direct to HiTech Creations and not post your email here for every email harvesting program to see.
Billing AT Hitechcreations DOT com or support AT Hitechcreations DOT com. At the minimum you shold have posted the address similar to the fashion I did to prevent them from accessing it.

search the aces high folder for your settings folder, in there is a login.cfg file. Open it with notebook and you should have it if it was saved
