Can the AH Staff create a AH Special Events EMail list for those that are interested in joining it.
Then when new things are posted and the day an event takes they can EMAIL everyone on the list to remind them of it.
Things such as News of New Events, Registration Start dates, Day of events, ect . .
We had it for AW and the people who were interested in Scenarios and Warnights appreciated the heads up it provided.

Might not be a bad idea. I will bend daddog's ear and see if we can get a webbased signup for it and when he posts the weeks events on here he could put that in an email form and it go out to the list.

I am not sure if you guys have the inhouse setup for it ? If not I have used www.topica.com (http://www.topica.com) for email / Discussions list.

Rocket - can you pass on to the rest of the Special Events guys the info in my sig about the AH Special Events EMail list.
They can add it to any postings they do or on a reg page to get more people to sign up for the list.
