I lived in Oahu for a year; I was in the best shape of my life. When I lived near Diamond Head I’d run around it or into the crater and up the trail. I also would bike up Tantalus / Roundtop and I’d hike or run the Manoa Cliff Trails. Most of my exercise came from kayaking, however. I paddled all over Oahu and had a blast. Go see the guys at Go Bananas Kayaks and get one.

SAS has it right. Prison style workouts. Basic exercises like jumping rope, push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups, squats (lots of squats, then more squats). Repeat until your body fails. Take your Deca & Sun with a healthy meal before you go to bed. Wake up, do it all over again. I've heard good things about blood doping too.
Sheesh where else would I learn this from. :lol
Kidding my 1st Sgt. taught me this type of workout heh.
