Title: Great Fight over V45
Post by: Shifty on May 20, 2008, 10:00:32 PM: Stampf that was heck of a fight with JG-11 near V-45.
Nobody died on either side, but that was intense 20 minutes at high alt with nobody making any costly mistakes.
Kind of reminded me of a fencing duel. It was as instense as anything I been involved with down on the deck. Well flown and fought guys.

Was indeed a "WILD" fight, one of the best I have been involved in in a long time.

Both sides did extremely well - neather side really got any advantage and while a few got shot up I don't think either side got a kill.

BTY..... Sorry about blowing your engine Stampf. :D Was actually surprised I hit you as I was out D600 when I shot.

No mistakes? I overshot one 38 when I lost him in the canopy struts of my 109. :o Had to do some evasive rolls to prevent losing my ass. :lol

That was quite a display of high altitude dog fighting by all involved. Please convey our respects to your entire Unit. :salute

Agreed. Always enjoy the learning lessons you JG-11's give me when we meet. Class act squads such as yours are in dire need in AvA.
